/Sky Blue/
These days, the summer has gotten me repeating variations of my ever-so-comfortable favorite outfit of shorts and a loose top, so a long drapey skirt seemed to be just the thing to cut the streak. I paired it with one of Mr. Boyfriend's button downs and tied the ends high enough to show a little midriff.
This vintage belt has got to be my favorite vintage accessory at the moment. It has the ability to zazz up any outfit just enough, without crossing over to tackiness.
Wearing a men's Gap button down, skirt from a random boutique in Taiwan, vintage Escada belt, Michael Kors watch, and Bakers shoes.

/Currently.../
It's been exactly 24 days since my last post, and though there is unconditionally no viable excuse that justifies such a long blogging hiatus, I'm just gonna go ahead and share what has currently been keeping me so preoccupied:
Reading...
Prior to buying this book, I was never really a huge Tina Fey fan, nor was I an avid watcher of 30 Rock. Coincidentally, I actually stopped watching SNL when Tina Fey was a writer for it. But it's safe to say that this is most definitely one of the funniest books I've ever read and now can't stop watching 30 Rock. I was so engrossed that I didn't even care that the people surrounding me at Starbucks were glaring and thinking out loud why I was laughing alone... okay, maybe I did... a little.
Listening to...
Watching...
Obsessing Over...
Anything crochet and anything with pleats.
OH, and these Ralph Lauren keyhole sunglasses that you could wear with a puffy tiered chiffon dress suitable for junior prom that would still make you look rad.
Wanting To Be...
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (cuz she's just so damn flawless and rock 'n roll at the same time)
What I'm Always Dressing Like These Days...
Loose top + shorts + half tuck
Til next time! (and I promise it won't be TOO long til the next time...)
xx

/Black on Black/
Wearing a Cotton On mesh top, H&M skirt and boots, Forever 21 sunglasses, and Rolex watch.
On our way to another one of our coffee dates, we found a perfectly empty parking lot that perfectly contrasted this outfit. This top has been a favorite of mine for about half a year now, and I've always found myself wearing it at least once a week. Decided to play it up a little bit and went ahead and tied it into a knot, complete with a little midriff skin exposure and a high-waist skirt with just the right amount of decorative zippers.
I'm off to go catch a movie, dinner, and most probably drinks with some friends and Mr. Boyfriend. Have a great weekend!
xx
